The search for the sun continues in a new location this year.
We will be staying at the Furnace Creek Campground. Lots of accommodation options to choose from. RV and tent camping is available at the Death Valley National Park campgrounds. For camping reservations call 1-877-444-6777, or go on the web at www.recreation.gov. The Furnace Creek Ranch also has rooms available, or for a special treat the Furnace Creek Inn is an option. For hotel reservations call 1-800-236-7916. There will be four days of riding (Feb 9-12th). Rides will start at 9 AM and range from 40 to 80 miles. All rides are out and back so you can go as far as you like. As usual, we will have social hour(s) after the ride every afternoon. Remember to bring you own wine/special libation. Beer, Sodas and possibly other non-alcoholic liquids will be provided.
Again this year we will include the Tour de Palm Springs Century as part of the tour. The PSC will be held on Feb 14th. Register on line at www.tourdepalmsprings.com. We leave Death Valley on Feb 13th and head to Palm Springs.
