Description: Earn a Slug Gulch pin of which there are multiple versions left over from past Sierra Centuries. We head straight for Gray's Corner, regrouping at Pioneer Park (mile 16.3). Then the climb up Slug Gulch, regrouping at the top (mile 25.2). The big downhill commences, regrouping one last time at the Mt. Aukum Store (mile 34.2). Ride single file on Shenandoah Rd due to winery traffic.
