Description: We’re going to Italy! Sept 5- Sept 25 2022.
Fly out of Sac on Sept 4th and arrive in Malpensa on the Sept 5th. We’ll have a bus and bike trailer to take us to each town.
The towns are Como, Bormio, Prato allo Stelvio, Canazei, Trento, and one day in Milan.
One of the featured climbs is the famous Stelvio, and another big highlight is the Sella Ronda Day, when the roads are closed to vehicular traffic. No cost to participate in the fun!
It may be possible to rent a bike. The same applies to Ebikes?
The cost is approximately 2500-3000 Euros per person. There are expenses, I have not been able to factor in as yet. For example taxes, tolls for the bus, single rooms and some food expenses. We are getting Half Board, whenever possible. Sharing of a double room is helpful, since most hotels seem to have double rooms.
The last day, we will spend in Milan. Then the bus will take us to our last night’s stay at the Novotel Malpensa, and depart on Sept 25th.
