Description: Are you yearning for a few more miles? Ache no more and join us for a 65 miler, 3100 feet elevation, starting in Rocklin and heading out to Camp Far West. You will love this route because it has it all – flats, rollers, and miles…! And speaking of love, how can you not be crazy about this weather? Take advantage of it while we still have enough water to quench our parched little throats and RIDE HARD!
As if that weren’t it enough, it is also a co-ride with the Sierra Foothills Cycling Club; Wanda’s friend, Linda, is the ride leader for SFCC while I am the Wheelmen ride leader. It just doesn’t get any better!
Meet at the Rocklin Railroad Station, Rocklin Rd @ Railroad Ave. When coming from I80 ,exit Rocklin Rd, after crossing Pacific St, turn Left into the parking area. There is also parking on Railroad Ave and Front street. The station building has nice clean restrooms.
