Description: This route takes the bike trail to Orangevale, heads up Main, gets to Santa Juanita, and then Barton. Turning on Rocklin Rd., we end up on Midas, then Whitney. At the top of Whitney we turn right on Crest Drive which brings us to E. Joiner Parkway by way of Whitney Ranch Parkway. We stop to refuel and regroup at the Peet's in Raley's, Sun City (mile 31). Heading back, we get to Sierra College, and we stay on it except for a safer detour through a busy intersection. We work our way back to Barton and then Auburn Folsom for the standard descent.
